Kim Min-Jae made his Fenerbahçe debut tonight in a home game against Antalyaspor. The "Monster" as he is nicknamed, featured in a 3-4-3 formation as centre-back whilst his defensive teammates Tisserand and Szalai occupied the wing back positions.

At the start of the J2 2021 season, Montedio Yamagata were one point above the relegation zone and had just two wins from their first ten games. Following a 3-1 loss with V-Varen Nagasaki on the 21st April, it was announced that then manager, Kiyotaka Ishimaru had been dismissed from his job due to poor performances and results. Just 9 days later, it was announced that former Australia, Yokohama F Marinos Assistant Manager and ex-Shimizu S-Pulse manager, Peter Cklamovksi, was to take over at Montedio Yamagata. Despite the situation the club were in, Cklamovski revelled in the challenge.

This weekends games certainly had some big talking points with league leaders Albirex losing their first game of the season, red cards and Balestier almost getting their first win in 9 games. With the league past the halfway point, games are coming thick and fast and providing some real entertainment.

This weeks games were high scoring to say the least, with at least one team scoring four goals in each of the four fixtures. Niigata and Lion City Sailors continued their dominance in the league, Tanjong Pagar got their second win in two consecutive weekends and a poor display by Balestier, who give the Young Lions their second win of the season.
